The construction of new houses in the mediterranean is been back; cranes are on and the builders have their hands busy. Every year hundreds of new properties are for sale. Being updated with the latest openings, constructions and prices can be a hard task. You can do this work for yourself but why when you won't receive any reward for doing this job. Why? because if you decide to work directly with the promoter or the construction company you won't save any money because they can't give you a discount. A simple but effective advice: during the tour take note of the positive and negative elements of the new property in order to remember and differentiate them, because I guarantee you that you'll reach a point where your head is saturated and will see all the houses looking the same. Also ask for a building materials memoire so then later with the calm you can compare these.

Last but not least; take advantage of the opening offers of the new promotions. For example imagine they've just inaugurated a villa in Eden, Guardamar. And in the opening house there is an offer that includes during one month the air conditioning and the private swiming pool. Take advantage of the sale because they usually last for a short period of time and this way you´ll save money when buying your new home.
