I work remotely, so staying here turned out to be easier than I imagined. The key is simply knowing where to start.

And now?

It’s been 10 months. I’m still in Guardamar. I drink my morning coffee on the terrace, jog to the beach, have tapas for lunch — and every week I catch myself thinking: thank God I didn’t take that return flight.
