If you are thinking in investing in the real estate world in Spain here we tell about the close future of the construction sector.

Behind the political role of the economist of the Spanish government lays the job of analysing the current situation of the country in order to predict the future status of the main industries that keeps the economy growing and with these results politicians take action. From these the real estate sector has been pushed thanks that was predicted that the construction sector was going to grow. And they weren't wrong, the construction came out of the crisis and started improving a few years back and now for the period for 2018 and two years onward it will grow a 3,5%. If the building industry carries on the path of growth,the Spanish government has to implement new and different regulations so it does not collapse again. For example politicians have to pay attention to new areas like the environmental sector and introduce it as a main pillar for the economy of Spain. More natural parks and spaces will mean a revaluation of the terrain. Also will bring more quality tourism because those who have nature as luxury and are searching for a paradise destination tend to have a high purchasing power. I will take as an example Lanzarote island where the construction regulation is very demanding because is a Reserve of the Biosphere. But a place or a country does not have to be a reserve in order to change the building and construction habits, revaluing our land with new regulations that don't allow high buildings and that respect nature, especially in coastal sites. This change will be good for the economy and for our future generations.

We have to think that predictions are not normally reached 100%, so it is unlikely that will be exact but it will most probably get close to tomorrow's reality. So if the construction sector keeps growing in the next coming years, the politicians have to evolve in order to avoid another property bubble.
