New properties for sale in Ciudad Quesada, opportunity

Recently we have been on the opening of a new development called “Residencial Menorca", a new construction of three bedroom independent properties in Pueblo Bravo, Rojales, next to La Mata's lagoon.

I'm writing this article about this specific promotion because these new properties for sale in Costa blanca with views to the lagoon, have been nicely design at a fantastic price: from 232.000€ including a private swimming pool. Agreat house opportunity to buy and live in Spain.

The proyect consists of 36 independent, three bedroom properties for sale, with a modern style in a plot size of 200m², garden and 101m² inside the house, not counting the terraces.

Now, I'll be taking you on a tour around the pilot house we visited which you'll be able to follow through the pictures:

Walking in the east facing house, the following elements stand out: two types of flooring; artificial gras and stoneware. A 6 by 7 pool and in front, a terrace cover with a pergola, both included on the selling price as well as a garage door with car space for one or two cars.

Inside the house, you'll find on the first floor a very bright dining and living area thanks to two large windows. An american style kitchen with breakfast bar and access to the side of the house where the washing machine is placed. In the same level there is one bedroom also very bright because of the window that covers around 70% of the wall and in front there is a full bathroom. Going up the stairs you'll walk on the main bedroom going straight; a luminous bedroom with built in wardrobes and access to the 25m² terrace, to the left another bedroom and one more bathroom.

From the L shaped terrace on the second floor there is a hanging staircase which takes you to the thrid floor; a beautiful view of the lagoon will be found on top. The solarium is optional and it costs 11.950€. Also a basement can be built in some properties adding 20.000€ to the final price.

Currently the proyect is divided in three phases. This pilot house you see on the photographs is the number 1 of the first six properties there are bulding, this section will be finished in October 2017.
