  4. Oral trial: If the case proceeds, the oral trial must be held within a maximum of 15 days after the hearing.
  5. Final resolution: Once the trial is concluded, the judge will have three days to issue the final judgment.

In cases of flagrant occupation, such as when the property has been recently occupied and no social vulnerability assessment is required, the process could be completed in less than 30 days. However, the times may vary in more complex cases.

This change represents a significant relief for property owners, as it drastically reduces the lengthy judicial processes that previously could take months or even years.
