Covid-19 does not stop the illusion of Guardamar del Segura neighbours to celebrate Halloween in 2020.
Although this year we cannot meet together to celebrate and applaud the creativity of the locals who dress up every year on Halloween in Guardamar. The City Council has found a way to celebrate the annual Halloween costume contest, you just have to register and send a photo with your costume!
If you want to dress up and you are registered in Guardamar del Segura as a resident, go ahead and participate in the contest that the City Council has organized for you. You could win 150€ and above all find the fun in a different way
Below you have the rules of the contest for:
Halloween 2020 - Costume contest in Guardamar del Segura
1st. PARTICIPANTS: The entire population registered in Guardamar del Segura can participate in this contest.
- "The most original costume”.
- "The funniest costume”.
- "The scariest costume”.
3rd. THEME: The theme will be freewill inspiration.
- 1º- Participants will have to fill out the Registration form.
- 2º- Attach a photocopy of the DNI.
- 3º- Fill in the Informed Consent of personal data.
- 4º- Attach the authorization for the publication of the photos.
5th. REGISTRATION DEADLINE: It will end on October 31, 2020 at 00:00.
6th. SHIPPING: Both the registration documents and the photos of the costumes will have to be sent to the email firstname.lastname@example.org. Indicating in the email the name and surname, the DNI and the name and surname of the representative in the case of underage participants. In the case of participation of minors, all parents will have to attach the authorization to publish photos of the minor.
7th. PHOTOS SUBMISSION DEADLINE: It will be open between 10/26/2020 and 10/31/2020.
8th. ENDOWMENT: The winner of each category will be given a nominative check for 150 euros. The prize will be awarded to the winners of the different modalities or to the father, mother or legal guardian representing the minor winners. The total amount being 450 euros.
9th. JURY: It will be chaired by the Party Councilor and composed of qualified people who will be appointed in due course by the Party Department. Said jury will select the photos admitting to the contest all those photos that meet the bases, the resolution being final.
10th. RULING: The jury will take place on 11/2/2020 and will be final. The jury may declare the contest void, if it considers that the photos presented do not deserve its approval.un in a different way.
