With the arrival of the holiday season, our family-run real estate agency in sunny Guardamar del Segura decided to surprise its clients with a unique gift: an orange-shaped Advent calendar. This special gesture highlights our personalised approach and our desire to bring joy and warmth to everyone who trusts us.

Why an orange?

Our logo is an orange, a symbol of sunshine, joy, and warmth. This element represents our philosophy: not just being professionals in buying and selling properties, but also close friends to our clients. The orange-shaped Advent calendar perfectly reflects these values, with each segment filled with small surprises to brighten your day.

How did we create the Advent calendar?

Creating an orange-shaped Advent calendar was an exciting process that required a bit of patience and a lot of love.

Materials needed:

Cardboard for the templates of the segment-shaped boxes;
Glue, scissors, and a cutter;
Protractor, ruler, and pencil for precise calculations;
Felt and green garland for decoration;
A wooden base for stability;
And, of course, the desire to bring joy to our clients.

Creation process:

Structure design: We drew a circle and divided it into equal segments. Each segment was designed as a small box, similar to cake boxes, so all elements fit perfectly. We precisely calculated the dimensions and angles.
Template creation: We cut out cardboard templates, including the sides and flaps needed to form each three-dimensional segment.
Assembly and filling: We carefully glued the parts of the segments and filled them with small gifts: aromatic tea, Christmas tree decorations, and other surprises evoking the festive spirit. Each segment was numbered for the days of December. Additionally, we prepared an extra gift for each segment, delivered in a special bag.
Final assembly and decoration: The segments were placed on a wooden base and decorated with green garland to create a Christmas wreath effect. Our logo was placed in the centre of the calendar as the finishing touch.

Every morning, the first client to visit our office receives a segment of the Advent calendar. Along with the segment’s contents, they receive an additional carefully prepared gift.
