This Saturday we're partying in Guardamar del Segura, come and enjoy carnival with us.

The Carnivals of Guardamar del Segura are gaining popularity among its residents. Each year, hundreds of people dress up, share and fill the streets of Guardamar with laughter, music, dancing and color.

Creativity is palpable in the environment and people's costume are economically rewarded in three categories:

• Individual mode, can be presented up to 3 people and the prize is € 100
• Collective Modality: a minimum of 4 people is required and within this modality there are three different prizes.
  • Better choreography; € 300 prize
  • Best collective disguise; € 300 prize
  • Best decorated vehicle; € 300 prize

If you prefer to be a spectator like the Naranja Spain team, reserve the afternoon of this Saturday, March 2 because the parade starts at 7:30 p.m.

Where can you see the Carnival of Guardamar?

The parade runs from Plaza Jaume II to C / Nord corner C / Major. Anyway if you aren't local or do not know much the streets of Guardamar. Just arrive to town before 7:30 p.m. and park nearby. Then head to the center and you will soon see where everything is mounted, it has no loss.

After the parade ends, the awards ceremony is held at the Town Hall Square, where people in their costumes (essential requirement) will collect their prize.
